Good Faith Estimate

In accordance with the requirements of the No Surprises Act, clients who are uninsured or choosing to self-pay have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges for services.

A Good Faith Estimate provides an overview of the anticipated cost of therapy based on your individual needs and treatment goals. Because therapy is a personalized process, the total number of sessions and overall cost may vary over time.

Good Faith Estimates are provided to all applicable clients during the intake process. You may also request an updated estimate at any time.
